The wheelchair access was excellent. The accessible room has a good roll-in shower, some handrails, a sink with access beneath and an adjustable mirror. The door of the room is not heavy and the room/corridors have excellent flooring. Beds are very comfortable. Fridge in room and large tv. Housekeeping is very efficient, everything was clean, we always had a good supply of towels etc. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing directions and translations. The breakfast is so good. Superb range, very fresh, lots of tea/coffee stations, so you don't have to wait long, even at busy times. 10/10

The location was great and the hotel already had prepared very useful information how to move around the city in main locations. At the reception there was even a broshure with the nearby restorants. The staff was very friendly and willing to assist you at anytime!

The room was great. Staff was wonderful. We even forgot our baby's food and they packed it all for us when we went back for it. Good parking area.

Big two level apartment. Good breakfast. Restaurant with good food and terrace. Very quiet room, no notice from neighbors and no notice from street. The streets are far away from the hotel, the zone is very quiet.

Outside the hotel there is a beer garden, super nice For my kid, we got an extra room Connected by a door to our room.

Very comfy and tidy hotel not far away from downtown (but well connected as there are plenty public services just crossing the road). The breakfast was very good, with lot of selections and worth every pence. Suggested if you looking for something quite, clean and well located.. parking lot was a plus
